4/2/2007 In the psychlone 10-20 class on SM SPL Design Team will be the one and only Bob Yeti Kenney!!!! Bob has built the crap out of this truck, you NEED to hear this if you see him at a show, welcome aboard Bob!!!!!

	3/27/2007 New for all of us this year will be Psychlone. In the Psychlone 1-10 class will be Andy Petrin. I sure hope it competes as good as it sounds, we sure have a lot of old SQ style systems that need a place to compete. I hope Andy can represent us well in this new format this year, good luck Andy, glad to see you on the team!!!!!

	3/25/2007 I don't know what class Josh will be in this year, but I'm just glad he's back!!! I can't wait to see what he has up his sleeve for everyone this year!!!! We're just glad to have Josh on the team full time again.

	3/25/2007 The 2007 dB Drag / Bass Race / Psychlone / SPL MAX CUP schedule is now up, I have most of my dates filled and 8 SPL MAX CUP dates all ready spoken for, I don't think we will see many more adds, but wow so far this year will be HUGE!!!!!!

3/24/2007 In the 149.9 Class will have Mikes lovely wife Trish in it. She was already beating the boys last year in Bass Race, and I imagine with even more subs she is going to be louder this year, can't wait to hear her at the first show!!!!! Trish I'm glad your part of SM in 2007.

	3/24/2007 Bass Race 139.9 will have our very own Dan Natali in it. I love Bass Race!!!! Dan was in the 129.9 class last year and between him, Troy, and Josh they swapped out spots every show last year. Dan has decided to move up a class this year and install a new system, hope your as good in 139.9 as you were in 129.9!!!!!

3/22/2007 We never had a Bass Racer on SM before 2007, well looks like things will change,Troy Wojciechowski floored us all last year by walking into Bass Race World Finals and taking home the bacon. I can't say enough how happy we are he decided to be part of SM SPL Design Team. Troy will be trying to repeat in the 129.9 class for 2007.

	3/22/2007 One of the loudest team ever out of Wisconsin hails from Mad town (Madison) The Radio Doctors, Matt and Corey will be laying it down in Super Street 5+. If you haven't seen or heard their van yet, you must be living in a cave. We here at Sound Mekanix are happy to have them on board!!

3/22/2007 Also new and on our team officially for 2007 in Street C will be Rich Meyer. Rich is one of the up-north boys, and we hope he can bring some northern SPL charm. Look for big numbers form Rich this year!!! (hopefully his twin stays home!!!!)

	3/20/2007 Street B is being occupied this year by a great fried and fellow dB Drag judge this year, Thee Michael Hughes. What a changeover the last year for Mike, he started the year in the low 140 db range and ended up in the mid 155 range and placed 4th at dB Drag World Finals in Street B. Glad to have Mike around again this year.

3/19/2007 Matt Chilcote will be in Extreme 1 for 2007. We haven't had an extreme car on the team since Josh Mertzig in 2003!!! This will be the first time Matt is officially on SM SPL. Matt has been in and around the SPL and Competition scene for almost 20 years!!! Glad to see Matt with us! in 2007!!

3/18/2007 First member up needs no introduction, he is one of the first members ever oF SM SPL, Justin Whitty.

Justin will be holding down the fort in Street A this year with his sweet new CRX.

	3/18/2007 I will slowly announcing the 2007 Sound Mekanix SPL Design Team members. If you want to be a part of the most dominate team ever in the Wi area let myself or Justin Whitty know!!!!! I will also make little bio pages for everyone as I have time.

	3/16/2007 The wife's van just wasn't cutting it for towing anymore so I got rid of my 2005 Scion Xb and purchased a 2007 Dodge Nitro R/T. Man what a difference in towing!!!!!

2/26/2007 I also have been slowly learning how to work on my web site, I want to say thanks to Sud who has helped me in the past with the site!!!!! You should see many new changes coming soon!!!

	2/24/2007 I am working diligently on my schedule. I have many key dates filled up, but if you want you can call me up to reserve yours ASAP. Also if you know of a good quality shop looking to go to the next level and would like to be a part of the most exciting show on pavement, have them give me a call!!!

2/21/2007 The SPLMAX CUP is a points championship to award the best Bass Racer® in the United States for 2007. There will be an equal number of SPLMAX CUP events held in various regions throughout the United States. The points chase begins in April and ends in September 2007. There will be only one SPLMAX CUP winner. Competitors can compete in a maximum of ten SPLMAX CUP events nationwide. The competitor with the most SPLMAX CUP points at the end of the season will win the SPLMAX CUP , a 5 foot high multimedia electronic trophy. This trophy, constructed by Cameron Mitchell, features neon lighting, video monitor, DVD player, amplifier, speaker, and custom fabrication. It is hand built trophy with over 80 hours of labor in its construction. The trophy is capable of displaying all types of video, including DVD movies.

2/20/2007 Well another new for 2007 attraction at Sound Mekanix is the SPLMAX CUP!!! Look into this new NATIONAL points race ASAP for your chance to win a 5 ft multimedia trophy!!!

	2/13/2007 I found out today that we lost one of our own. I didn't know Terry Mydaze beyond the shows he was at, but I hear he was a great friend and a great father. RIP Terry.

1/5/2007 I think in general this will be the best year ever for Sound Mekanix. We have a strong Team on the SPL front, it looks like the schedule will be pretty full, so all's we need is some good weather and this will be the best year ever.
