In August of 2002, Nate Scholten and his business partner, Bryan Scott of Sounds & Motion, Houghton MI, opened a new business front here in Rhinelander.  Over the past 4 years we've accomplished a new standard of excellence for mobile audio, video, and accessories here in the Northwood's.  Each one of our current staff retains a distinguishing passion and dedication to making our business prosper and grow each day.  We strive to treat every customer that walks through our door with the most upright respect and professionalism. 

Although customer service is a defined positive aspect of our business conduct, it doesn't stop there.  At dB Drag Racing World Finals in October 2004, our 1987 Chevy Astrovan registered a legal score of 162.0db, gaining us a 3 rd place trophy in our class.  Our van, through its many designs and modifications has held the Wisconsin State Record with certified scores from dB Drag Racing officials.  These accomplishments stand as a testament to our great knowledge and ability in the world of competitive car audio. 

Here at Sounds & Motion we offer competitive prices on quality products.  Our intelligent and friendly staff offers a selection of audio inventory including Eclipse, JVC, MTX, Pioneer, Crossfire, Resonant Engineering, Audio Pipe, Distinct Audio, Image Dynamics, Profile, and Fusion car audio. We've even been known to make it through the painstaking process of carrying a handful of products from the world renowned Digital Designs for our dedicated customers.  Audio is not the end of the line here though. 

We also offer a great selection of accessories, including Autostart remote starters, keyless entry, window tinting, custom vinyl graphics, cruise control, satellite radios, ground up customization of speaker enclosures using products such as fiberglass baffles from WaveForm Technologies, as well as one of a kind hand molded fiberglass kick panels, door pods, and woofer enclosures.  We do not fear the truly dedicated bass fan and have created many award winning walls.  Our creative ingenuity knows only the limits of your bank-roll.
